Bitcoin II is a SHA-256 coin with a much lower network difficulty than Bitcoin — one of the most realistic solo targets for a home ASIC.
Use a Bitcoin II (BC2) address as the username. Add .anyname after it to name each machine.
| Tier | For | Start diff | Pool port | Solo port |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | up to 99 TH/s — Bitaxe, NerdQAxe, home ASICs | 20K | 7777 | 7779 |
| Pro | 100–499 TH/s and NiceHash / MRR / Braiins rentals | 500K | 7778 | 7780 |
| Elite | 500+ TH/s — big rigs, farms, large rentals | 3.5M | 7781 | 7782 |
| ESP32 lottery | NerdMiner, NMMiner and other ESP32 boards | 0.001 | 9987 | 9997 |
Not sure which tier? Pick by one machine's hashrate, or open Quick Connect on the dashboard and choose your miner.
Bitcoin II follows Bitcoin's design — UTXO model, SHA-256 proof of work, fixed supply — on a much smaller network. Its lower difficulty gives home ASICs in the TH/s range genuinely competitive solo odds, and BCMonster has found BC2 blocks.
x = pool (PPLNS), m=solo = solo (you keep the whole block). Or use the dedicated solo port.Minimum payout: 0.01 BC2.
stratum+tcp://bcmonster.com:7777 (Standard), 7778 (Pro / rentals), 7781 (Elite), or 9997 for ESP32 lottery miners. Username is your BC2 address, password x for pool or m=solo for solo.
Yes. Set the password to m=solo, or use the solo ports (7779 Standard, 7780 Pro, 7782 Elite). If you find a block you keep the whole reward minus the 1.5% fee.
Yes. Bitcoin II is SHA-256, so a Bitaxe or any Bitcoin ASIC works. Use port 7777 (Standard) with a BC2 address, password m=solo to solo mine.
